Comes with all accessories and as extra i have a 27mm and 24mm breast sheilds also. I can also include the lansinoh breast milk storage bags also. have not used the teet or many of the parts before. just the pump and the 27mm breast shield. have sterilised everything. all instructions included also. purchased from amazon 6 months ago for 100 smoke and pet free home pick up only.
