Changing Bag Pram is forward and parent facing. rain-cover on seat unit has a tear along the seam but this does not affect its use as it is near the wheels. pram overall is in lovely condition, ignore the union jack chest straps, i got these for the Olympics, the green ones are back on the pram now. its very light and small, wonderful to push, the foam on the handle is intact, everything is clean. the frame has a few light scratches, nothing to noticeable.
